72 ft Steel Argentinean built Sailing Yacht
This vessel ran aground and was left embedded in sand and rocks for a long period of time. The damage was substantial and the boat was completely sandblasted prior to any repair work starting. A new front end was fitted, deck areas were plated and much welding was carried out on and around the underwater area. New scuppers were fitted to the deck edge. We filled and faired all the relative areas taking six months to get the shape, Aligning the scuppers and loosing all the weld seams takes time and patience. International Paints and products were used as requested. Along with working on the Topsides and Superstructure, we stripped the internal areas and re-varnished using Epiphanes 2pack varnish.

66ft Dutch built steel Sailing Boat
The boat had been poorly prepared in a previous life, but was a beautiful shape and in need of some care. There were water blisters in some areas and the paint flaked off in sheets in some places. The Underwater areas were sand blasted from just above the waterline and locally were the rust spots were bad .The rubbing straits were prepared by hand and resealed before painting began. We filled and faired both Topsides and Superstructure. After adding a new waterline we primed and anti fouled the underwater area and finished the topsides in Interspray 900. A new boot top was added. Internal varnishing was stripped and re applied by spraying using Epiphanes 2pack varnish.
